Local tax
A local tax of ca. € 1.50 per person/night (for those 15 and older) is charged at the hotel.
Reduction für children
is valid for bookings from the 3rd person on
• 0 to 1 yr. old - 100%
• 2 to 5 yrs. old - 80%
• 6 to 12 yrs. old - 50%
• 13 yrs. or older - 10%
Extra charges
+ € 10.- for children's bed/crib
+ € 21.- for breakfast on your arrival day
+ € 14 per person/per night for short stays (1-3 nights)
+ 35% for double rooms and suites for single use
Arrival and departure
On arrival day, rooms are available for check-in from 3:00 pm.
On departure day, we ask that you check out of the room by 11:00 am.
Late Check out
- € 30.- per room until 2:00 p.m.
- € 60.- per room until 7:00 p.m.
We ask for your understanding in that smoking is not allowed in the hotel.
Smoking is permitted on our panoramic terrace with a breathtaking view of the Zillertal mountains.
General cancellation conditions
Please note that cancellations are valid only in written form (by mail, fax, or e-mail) and are charged as follows:
- Up to 1 months before arrival - free cancellation possible!
- up to 1 week before arrival - 70% cancellation fee
- in the week of arrival - 90% cancellation fee
- in case of no-show or early departure - 100% cancellation fee
Travel cancellation insurance
Our experience shows that things do not always turn out as expected. To avoid unnecessary cancellation fees and anger, we recommend the Hotel Cancellation Premium Insurance of the Europäische Reiseversicherung AG.
