• Local tax
  The local tax of € 2.60 per person/per night (from 15 years) will be charged at the hotel.
• Surcharges/Extras
  + € 10.- for cot
  + € 21.- for extra breakfast on arrival day

• Arrival and departure
  Check-in from 3 pm - please plan for this when you arrive
  Check-Out until 11 am
• Late Check-Out
  - € 30.- per room until 2 pm
  - € 60.- per room until 7 pm
• We ask for your understanding
  that smoking is not allowed in the whole hotel. Smokers are welcome to use our heated panorama terrace.
• Pets are not allowed!
• Travel cancellation insurance
  In order to avoid unnecessary cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out the 
  Hotel Cancellation Premium Insurance of Europäische Reiseversicherung according to our reservation confirmation. You can also take out the insurance yourself!

If you provide us with your credit card details, you expressly agree that we may charge the deposit, or in the event of a cancellation, the set cancellation fees, to your credit card.

Our prices are based on supply and demand, which means they may vary upwards or downwards.

 

• Green Option - A small sacrifice with a big impact
  Out of love for the environment, we only clean your room during your stay upon request. This not only allows us to reduce the consumption of valuable resources such as water and energy, but also to reduce our carbon footprint and additional environmental impact. If you would still like your room to be cleaned, that's no problem either: just let us know either when you check in or by 10:00 a.m. on the day you would like your room to be cleaned.
  Our housekeeping team will then take care of the cleaning on the same day – free of charge, of course
